About Me
My name is Mat (aka MatMcDonut) and I’m a video editor located in Providence, RI specializing in short-form comedic edits.
After more than a decade of casual editing, in 2020 I got my start working with LuxieGames and found success in crafting content for Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Since those humble beginnings, my editing abilities have grown and I've had the opportunity to work with fledgling streamers, legacy YouTubers, and everyone in between.
The videos I have produced have garnered over 80 million views, however, my success doesn't come from a small handful of viral videos. But through developing a consistent voice working with my clients, which in turn helps to build an engaged audience fostering long-term and sustainable growth.
When I’m not yelling at Premiere Pro or watching Twitch, you can find me endlessly mourning the final season of Succession and wishing I could play Alan Wake 2 for the first time again.
